The following materials are required for all plan reviews. Electronic submissions are preferred:
- Building Permit Applications & Fees
- Plot Plans (Sample)
- Erosion Protection Sediment Control (EPSC) Plans
- Dimensional Drawings that include information on:
- Footing
- Foundation
- Floor
- Floor Plans
- Wall Cross-Sections
- Rafters/Trusses
- Elevations
- Energy Res Check (Residential Only)
- Energy Comm Check (Commercial Only)
- ANSI 117 (Commercial Only)
- EPSC
- Materials
- List of Subs
- Hard copies of the following required, if not submitted electronically:
- 2 complete sets of plan specification
- 5 copies of Plot Plans with Official Engineering Stamp
- Fence Permit
- Plot Plans with location (Sample)
- Tent Permit
- Drawings with location
- Building Permit
- Plot Plans with location (Sample)
- Dimensional Drawings
- Permanent Sign Permit
- 5 Copies of Plot Plans
- Meet sign standards pursuant to Article 4 of Zoning Ordinance
