The role of a Community Navigator is to connect you to the right city resources. If you're unsure who to contact, how to address a concern, or how to submit a service request, we're here to help. Community Navigators serve as a bridge to city departments, helping you find answers and guiding you in the right direction.

What Does a Community Navigator Do?

• Connect residents to local resources and City services
• Manage and respond to the City's central information line
• Provide guidance for housing, rental, and utility assistance
• Assist with access to food, healthcare, employment, and other basic needs
• Offer verbal interpretation and translation of vital documents
• Educate residents on how to access City programs and community resources
• Build leadership within neighborhoods and local ethnic/cultural communities
• Serve as a liaison between residents, departments, and community partners
