These services will encourage community health through the provision of welcoming parks, facilities, and programs, including athletics, that are clean, safe, and consistent in delivery. Services and facilities will be enhanced through collaboration and investment for a future that connects the community and embraces the City's diversity, both in terms of its residents and its resources.
