Youth softball recreation leagues are offered for boys 4-8 years old, girls 4-11 and a girls Ponytail League for 9-11 years old. These leagues teach children the fundamentals of softball/baseball, rules, teamwork and sportsmanship. All practices and games are held at C.W. Lampkin Park, 826 Woodway. A player will need to be within the age requirements as of May 1 for Spring League and August 1 for Fall League play.
The Adult Softball League is designed for men, women and co-ed teams with different levels of play on Monday-Thursday nights. The Softball league has two (2) seasons (spring and fall) and games are played at C.W. Lampkin Park, 826 Woodway and Hobson Grove Park, 1200 West Main Street.
2026 Online Registration
Bowling Green Parks and Recreation is now taking registration online for 2026 Spring Adult Softball League until April 16. This is a great opportunity to play outside, get in some exercise and hang out with friends. For more information contact 270.393.3624.
