Code Description:
All exterior property and premises shall be maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. The occupant shall keep that part of the exterior property which such occupant occupies or controls in a clean and sanitary condition. The exterior of the premises at this location is not maintained in clean or sanitary condition on an ongoing basis, and for an extended period of time. There is accumulated and scattered garbage around the dumpster enclosure, the front yard and the back parking lot. This has generated a complaint to our office. This is the 5th code violation case regarding sanitation, trash and garbage at this location in the last year.

Code Description:
All exterior property and premises, and the interior of every structure, shall be free from any accumulation of rubbish or garbage. There is an ongoing accumulation of rubbish/garbage outdoors on the property. This has generated a complaint to our office.

Code Description:
Every occupant of a structure shall dispose of garbage in a clean and sanitary manner by placing such garbage in an approved garbage disposal facility or approved garbage containers. Trash and garbage are not properly disposed of on the property. There is accumulated trash and garbage throughout the dumpster area, the yard, the back parking lot and on the property.

Code Description:
It shall be unlawful to place, leave, deposit or keep discarded and/or dilapidated items or objects, trash, garbage, junk and/or rubbish on any private property in the City. Such discarded and/or dilapidated items or objects, trash, garbage, junk and/or rubbish are declared to be a public nuisance. No person owning, leasing, occupying or having charge of any property or premises shall maintain or keep any nuisance thereon, nor shall any such person keep or maintain such property or premises in a manner which could cause a substantial reduction in the value of the other property in the area in which such property or premises are located. The exterior of the property at this location is not being maintained in a clean or sanitary manner, is characterized by accumulated and scattered trash and garbage, debris, broken fencing, and the overall appearance is not conducive with other properties in the area in which it is located. This is the 5th code violation case regarding sanitation, trash and garbage at this location in the last year.

Code Description:
All exterior property and premises shall be free from any accumulation of combustible and noncombustible waste materials, including any material resulting from maintenance, demolition, repair, alteration or construction of buildings, structures or grounds. Exterior property and premises shall be free from landscaping debris or natural damage of grounds, including but not limited to ashes, stones, glass, concrete, unused piles or bags of rock/mulch/soil, fallen trees, tree branches, limbs, brush and yard trimmings; There is an accumulation of construction/demolition and/or landscape debris on the premises including, but not limited to, doors, metal barrels, a pile of debris, etc. Please remove any and all construction/demolition/landscape debris.

Code Description:
The throwing, placing or scattering of any garbage, rubbish, trash or other refuse over or upon any premises, or the allowing of any scattered garbage, rubbish, trash or other refuse to remain on a property. No refuse/trash shall be stored or accumulated in a manner that allows for blowing or scattering onto adjacent properties; There is garbage scattered on the premises in numerous places on an ongoing basis. There is trash, rubbish and garbage scattered throughout the back parking lot, the dumpster enclosure area, into the alley, etc. Ensure that garbage and trash are properly disposed of to avoid scattering of rubbish/garbage.

Code Description:
All fences and walls shall be structurally sound and maintained in good repair. Repair of fences and walls shall be made with materials that are comparable in composition, color, size, shape, design and quality to those originally used to construct the fence or wall being repaired. Materials for new fence or wall construction shall be insect and/or weather resistant or have protective treatment applied. Materials such as pallets, slabs, reclaimed or repurposed construction refuse, or similar materials are not an acceptable construction material; Portions of the fences on the premises (all or a portion thereof) do not appear to be structurally sound and/or maintained in good repair.
