1.) ZO Article 3, Section 3.2.1 – Site Work Permit and Building Permit. A complete application for a Building Permit shall be submitted to the Building Inspector of the appropriate agency, along with the appropriate review and inspection fee. Upon determination that the proposed development is in compliance with all requirements, including but not limited to this Ordinance and the adopted building code, the Building Inspector shall issue a building permit. The Lily May, Hilliard, and Fountain Square Title & Escrow signs were added to the property without first obtaining a building permit (Sign Permits).

2.) ZO Article 3, Section 13.11.10 – Parties Bound by Development Plan Conditions. The general development plan and development plan conditions enacted under the provisions of this Section, including any amendment thereto, shall be binding upon the property and the owner at the time of approval by the Planning Commission, his heirs, successors in title, personal representatives, assigns, the Planning Commission and legislative bodies. 3.) Development Plan Conditions CLU 9 Book 800 Page, # 1 – Requires that all signage on the property be developed in compliance with the signage provisions of the WKU Gateway to Downtown Bowling Green, District Design Guidelines. • The signage installed on the building does not comply with this DPC.
