Code Description:
The construction, use, maintenance or continued existence of illicit connections to the MS4 or any conveyance is prohibited. This prohibition expressly includes, without limitation, illicit connections made in the past, regardless of whether the connection was permissible under law or practices applicable or prevailing at the time of connection. A person is considered to be in violation of this Section if the person connects a line conveying sewage or any other pollutant or hazardous materials to the MS4 or any conveyance or allows such a connection to continue. 10/13/2023 Repairs have not been initiated and property owner has not communicated with compliance officer regarding a timeline for repairs. Please inspect an additionally discovered flow of water at lot 15. This also needs to be addressed by the next compliance deadline. 09/26/2023 Sewer discharge, Kentucky Gardens Lots 39 and 51. Repair so that they are no longer discharging and decontaminate the areas.
