IPMC 3.305.3 Interior surfaces General Requirements / Interior Structure
All interior surfaces, including windows and doors, shall be maintained in good, clean and sanitary condition. Peeling, chipping, flaking or abraded paint shall be repaired, removed or covered. Cracked or loose plaster, decayed wood and other defective surface conditions shall be corrected. Damaged floor in the kitchen and bedroom in apt E6
IPMC 3.309.1 Infestation General Requirements / Pest Elimination
All structures shall be kept free from insect and rodent infestation. All structures in which insects or rodents are found shall be promptly exterminated by approved processes that will not be injurious to human health. After extermination, proper precautions shall be taken to prevent reinfestation. Cockroach infestation at Apt A8,D6, and E6. Have pest control company to inspect apt A8,D6,E6, and all adjoining apartments to A8, D6, and E6 and provide report along with treatment plan if needed.
IPMC 3.308.1 Accumulation of Rubbish or Garbage General Requirements / Rubbish & Garbage
All exterior property and premises, and the interior of every structure, shall be free from any accumulation of rubbish or garbage. There is an accumulation of rubbish/garbage outdoors on the property.
IPMC 6.606.1 General Mechanical & Electrical Requirements / Elevators, Escalators & Dumbwaiters
Elevators, dumbwaiters and escalators shall be maintained in compliance with ASME A17.1. The most current certificate of inspection shall be on display at all times within the elevator or attached to the escalator or dumbwaiter, be available for public inspection in the office of the building operator or be posted in a publicly conspicuous location approved by the code official. The inspection and tests shall be performed at not less than the periodic intervals listed in ASME A17.1, Appendix N, except where otherwise specified by the authority having jurisdiction. BGKY C27 27.5.05.a Junk; Scrap Metal Property Code / Nuisances / Certain Conditions Declared a Nuisance

BGKY C27 27.5.05.k Scattered garbage Property Code / Nuisances / Certain Conditions Declared a Nuisance
The throwing, placing or scattering of any garbage, rubbish, trash or other refuse over or upon any premises, or the allowing of any scattered garbage, rubbish, trash or other refuse to remain on a property. No refuse/trash shall be stored or accumulated in a manner that allows for blowing or scattering onto adjacent properties; There is garbage scattered on the premises. Please remove. Also please ensure that garbage and trash are properly disposed of to avoid scattering of rubbish/garbage.
BGKY C27 27.5.05.q Tires
The outdoor storage of unused, scrap or waste tires in any amount is deemed a hazard to public health and safety and a fire hazard, and is prohibited within the City limits, except on premises authorized by the City for such purposes. Unused, scrap or waste tires shall not be placed at the curb or placed with refuse awaiting collection, and shall be properly recycled or disposed of by the owner. There is a tire/tires located outdoors on the property. Please remove. (Also note that Scott Waste will not pick up tires, they must be taken to an approved tire recycler.)
