Code Description:
All exterior property and premises shall be maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. The occupant shall keep that part of the exterior property which such occupant occupies or controls in a clean and sanitary condition. Unsanitary conditions exist in the back yard of the property, the parking lot and the area around dumpsters. This is an ongoing violation at this location. This has generated complaints to our office.

It shall be unlawful to place, leave, deposit or keep discarded and/or dilapidated items or objects, trash, garbage, junk and/or rubbish on any private property in the City. Such discarded and/or dilapidated items or objects, trash, garbage, junk and/or rubbish are declared to be a public nuisance. No person owning, leasing, occupying or having charge of any property or premises shall maintain or keep any nuisance thereon, nor shall any such person keep or maintain such property or premises in a manner which could cause a substantial reduction in the value of the other property in the area in which such property or premises are located.

No refuse/trash shall be stored or accumulated in a manner that allows for blowing or scattering onto adjacent properties; There is garbage scattered on the premises including, but not limited to the back yard, back parking lot, area around dumpsters. This is an ongoing problem at this location and has generated a complaint to our office. Please remove. Also please ensure that garbage and trash are properly disposed of to avoid scattering of rubbish/garbage.
