1.) ZO Article 4.5.4.E.1. – General Residential Development Standards – Signs. Signage is allowed within Multi-Family Residential Districts on a limited basis and in accordance with the table, below. No sign shall be externally or internally illuminated. All permitted signs shall also comply with all the applicable Sign Development Standards in Section 4.6.8.f. There is not a conditional use permit of record for the property at 107 West Riverview Drive. Therefore, the existing wall sign is not permitted.

2.) Temporary Signs. See Section 4.6.8.F.4: Temporary Signs shall be permitted in all zoning districts and do not require a permit. If solely affixed to a window or façade, such sigh(s) shall adhere to the maximum sign face area for wall signs in the zone where the sign is located. Temporary signs must be located on private property and shall not be located within a public right-of-way (including on structures within the right-of-way – fences, retaining walls, utility poles, etc.), whether dedicated or owned in fee simply or as an easement. Illuminated temporary signs are prohibited. This section does not authorize the use of snipe signs. Off-premise advertising is prohibited on temporary signs in agricultural and residential zones. Non-Commercial speech is permitted in all zones on temporary signs.
