We know there is heightened interest across the nation about the actions of police officers in Minneapolis, MN during an arrest resulting in the heinous and unnecessary death of a man in their custody. Our prayers go out to the family of George Floyd as they try to process and grieve their loss.

The Bowling Green Police Department invites you to join in our Neighborhood Watch program. A Neighborhood Watch program has many rewards for you and your family, regardless of whether or not you live in a high crime area.

In Memory of David Whitson
Police Officer David Whitson ended his watch on October 31, 2006. He was a Master Police Officer who served with the Bowling Green Police Department for 8 years.

Amber Alert
The AMBER Alert Program is a voluntary partnership between law-enforcement agencies, broadcasters, transportation agencies, and the wireless industry, to activate an urgent bulletin in the most serious child-abduction cases.

Victim Notification Program
The 'Victim Notification Program' was established by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement and seeks to notify registered victims and witnesses when a criminal alien is released from custody or removed.
