Anthony Armer - Facilities Management Division - 2017

Facility Management Division is responsible for:

  • Facility capital improvements and renovation
  • Management of custodial, heat/air, plumbing, and electrical contracts
  • Utility service
  • Maintenance of parking lots and grounds
  • Ordering and stocking buildings’ supplies and general maintenance repairs

The Facilities Management Division staff provides management for several key public buildings like: 

  • City Hall
  • City Hall Annex
  • Police Headquarters
  • Public Works Administration
  • Riverview at Hobson
  • Neighborhood & Community Services Building
