BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - City of Bowling Green Fairview Cemetery would like the public to be aware that a paving project is underway at Fairview Cemetery #1 and Mt. Moriah.  The project will involve cutting back grass, silting along edges, milling and cleaning and sweeping roadways as well as paving all roads in both cemeteries.

The cleaning process has begun with intermittent road closures.  Patrons are asked to please proceed with caution when in the cemeteries during the cleaning process.

Paving is proposed to begin the week of Nov. 1 with Fairview Cemetery #1 and Mt. Moriah closed for public access.  The City of Bowling Green asks patrons to be aware of the work zones and to utilize safe driving/walking/riding habits when traveling through the area.

The start and duration of work may be adjusted for inclement weather or other unforeseeable delays.

Fairview Cemetery appreciates your patience and understanding.
