Procurement Division

The Procurement Division manages the City's procurement functions, including coordinating the activities involved with procuring materials, equipment, supplies, and services for the operation of city government. This division also manages all aspects of the bid process and is the point of contact for potential bidders.

Anyone interested in doing business with the City of Bowling Green is urged to become a registered bidder at no cost. E-mail alerts regarding new bids will be sent to companies based on the area of interest noted at the time of registration or from a periodic update. The City posts all requests for bids online for the purchase of products and services with an estimated value over $30,000.
