With regards to RFP #2023-39, page 51, Appendix A. Required Forms and Certifications, lists a required attachment titled, “Non-Collusion Certification”. It’s come to the City of Bowling Green’s attention that this attachment is not included in the RFP package. Please be advised this form is no longer required with the response submittals for the aforementioned RFP. This form will be provided to the selected firm at a later date and must be completed prior to the execution of a contract with the City of Bowling Green.
