BGPR Fitness is excited to announce three brand new aerobics classes to their schedule. Body Weight Bandits & A Chore For Your Core begins April 29. Hips & Twists begins May 6. Contact Fitness at 270-393-3549 or visit BGPR's website for more information.
New Aerobics Class​
- Hips & Twists is a moderate-intensity yoga session focusing on building your back, hip and core strength. This class joins from yoga and body weight exercises to enhance your longevity and range of motion.
- Begin Date: May 6
- Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
- Location: BGPR Fitness, Aerobics Room 2, 225 East Third Avenue
- Time: 5:30 pm
