2026 Community Garden Sale

Community Garden plots will be available for rent March 18, 2026 beginning at 8:30 am at Bowling Green Parks and Recreation, 225 East Third Avenue. There are 26 large plots and 22 small plots available at Spero Kereiakes Park, 1220 Fairview Avenue. There are nine (9) small plots available at Pedigo Park, 1341 Normalview.

Garden plots will be offered on a first-come; first-serve basis. No presales are accepted. Perspective renters will enter the front entrance of Bowling Green Parks and Recreation, 225 East Third Avenue. A registration table will be set up inside the front entrance with applications. Please pick the next number available, write down your name, and leave a callback number on a sheet provided. Please return to your car and wait to be called into the building. You will be called in the order listed on the registration sheet. When you enter the building to make your garden plot purchase, go to the window to the right just inside the double doors. Once, the purchase has been completed, please exit the building. 

Large Plot: (30'x60'): $60 each. Limit one (1) garden plot per household/address.

Small Plot: (30'x30'): $30 each. Limit two (2) garden plots per household/address.

Proof of residency: (driver's license, utility bill, etc.) will be verified at the time of purchase.
