Exciting News! Easy Access to Employee Discounts for BGPR Parks Facilities and Activities

Starting today, BGPR is making it easier than ever for City Employees to enjoy employee discounts. Just follow these steps to create an account on our parks webpage. If you have any questions, our admin office is here to help!

Already have an account? Skip to Step 8 to verify your discount.

New to our site? Get started with these simple steps:

  1. Visit the Website: Go to PlayBGPR
  2. Sign In / Register: On the homepage, click "Sign In / Register."
  3. Create Your Account On the login page, click "Don’t have an account?" at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Set Up Login Details Create a username and password.
  5. Enter City Employee Information Ensure the primary household member is the City Employee. Whenever possible, use your @bgky.org email address during registration.
  6. Add Family Members Add any family members to your account. If you have children, please verify their school grades, as grade limits apply to most park activities.
  7. Verify Your Email You’ll receive a verification email from BGPR@bgky.org. Follow the instructions to confirm your account.
  8. Verify Your Discount Complete a quick, one-time verification by emailing BGPR@bgky.org or calling the parks office at 270-393-3249. Can't remember your username or password? No problem! You can send a reset request or username reminder through the website, or call the office for assistance.
