IPMC 3.302.1 Sanitation General Requirements / Exterior Property Areas
All exterior property and premises shall be maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. The occupant shall keep that part of the exterior property which such occupant occupies or controls in a clean and sanitary condition.
IPMC 3.304.15 Doors General Requirements / Exterior Structure
The exterior of a structure shall be maintained in good repair, structurally sound and sanitary so as not to pose a threat to the public health, safety or welfare. All exterior doors, door assemblies and hardware shall be maintained in good condition. Locks at all entrances to dwelling units and sleeping units shall tightly secure the door. Locks on means of egress doors shall be in accordance with Section 702.3. There is at least one exterior door on a structure at this location that is missing and/or not maintained in good repair.
IPMC 3.304.13.1 Glazing General Requirements / Exterior Structure / Window, Skylight & Door Frames
The exterior of a structure shall be maintained in good repair, structurally sound and sanitary so as not to pose a threat to the public health, safety or welfare. Every window, skylight, door and frame shall be kept in sound condition, good repair and weather tight. All glazing materials shall be maintained free from cracks and holes. There is at least one broken/boarded/missing window on a structure at this location.
IPMC 3.301.3 Vacant Structures and Land General Requirements / General
All vacant structures and premises thereof or vacant land shall be maintained in a clean, safe, secure and sanitary condition as provided herein so as not to cause a blighting problem or adversely affect the public health or safety. The dwelling at this location appears to be vacant and the property is not maintained in good repair.
IPMC 3.308.1 Accumulation of Rubbish or Garbage General Requirements / Rubbish & Garbage
All exterior property and premises, and the interior of every structure, shall be free from any accumulation of rubbish or garbage. There appears to be a large accumulation of rubbish/garbage/debris outdoors on the property. Please remove.

There are numerous code violations present at this location for an extended period of time. The exterior of the premises is in a state or manner which could cause substantial diminution in the value of other property in the neighborhood in which it is located.

It shall be unlawful for the owner, occupant or person having control or management of any public or private land within the City to permit a public nuisance to develop thereon. Public nuisances include, but are not limited to, the following conditions: Junk; scrap metal. The storage of junk motor vehicles, motor vehicle parts, storage tanks, dumpsters, refuse/trash containers not being served by the County’s garbage collection franchisees, junk machinery, machinery parts, abandoned, discarded or unused appliances, objects or equipment in unusable condition such as stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers and similar equipment, or scrap metal (whether recyclable or unrecyclable) within the City limits, except on premises authorized by the City for such purposes; There is junk/scrap on the premises. Please remove any and all junk/scrap from the premises.

All exterior property and premises shall be free from any accumulation of combustible and noncombustible waste materials, including any material resulting from maintenance, demolition, repair, alteration or construction of buildings, structures or grounds, or landscaping or natural damage of grounds, including, but not limited to, ashes, stones, glass, concrete, fallen trees, tree branches, brush and yard trimmings; There is an accumulation of construction/demolition and/or landscape debris on the premises including, but not limited to, lumber, plumbing, plumbing appliances, metal, debris, etc. Please remove any and all construction/demolition/landscape debris.
