In general, the City of Bowling Green does not accept applications except when specific openings are advertised.  Access the City’s website at http://www.bgky.org/jobs  for information on available openings, or call 270-393-3689.  All current job openings are posted on the City's website as well as the bulletin board in the Human Resources department in City Hall.  Applicants can sign up to receive E-News releases about job openings at the above website.

Openings are normally advertised in the Sunday editions of the (Bowling Green) Park City Daily News and are distributed to various local recruitment resources including the Kentucky Department of Employment Services, Human Rights Commission, NAACP, and Western Kentucky University Career Services. They are also posted on Government Access Cable Channel 4 and on the City’s website at www.bgky.org/jobs   Resumes for professional and technical positions can be placed on file in the Human Resources Department for reference for up to one year.  The City of Bowling Green is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace.
