Before a structure can be demolished or removed, the owner or owner agent shall obtain a permit for the demolition from the Building Division.  Please be advised that demolition permits may require up to 30 days for approval.

The Building Division forwards your permit application for review and approval by the City-County Planning Commission, Bowling Green Public Works Engineering Division, Contractors Licensing, and Occupational Licensing.  Permits are issued as allowed.
