Housing Division staff process applications, maintain the waiting list, notify applicants of available vouchers, verify eligibility, inspect units for code compliance, sign payment contracts with landlords, issue monthly assistance payments directly to landlords, conduct annual recertification of tenant and annual re-inspection of units.
