Mrs. Chesson has more than 15 years of experience in water resources and environmental protection. She has extensive field and program experience in erosion and sediment control and Stormwater. She has worked in state and municipal governments in North Carolina. Mrs. Chesson has drafted and revised technical manuals for erosion and sediment control, surface mining, and Stormwater program in North Carolina and has conducted numerous erosion and sediment control design workshops for plans and has prepared environmental assessments and environmental grants. While with AMEC Earth and Environmental, Mrs. Chesson has developed NPDES Phase II Action Plans and Phase II program components for municipal Stormwater programs.
