Check Ride Program
The Bowling Green Police Department's checkride program is a public service designed to educate the public about traffic safety. Promoting driver safety is an important part of the Bowling Green Police Department's mission and value statement. The checkride program is open to the public. Participants under the age of eighteen will require a parent or legal guardian to accompany the participant on the drive. A liability form is to be completed by each participant.Be a part of an exciting new driver training course that will not only INFORM, but will also:

- Following distance
- Causes of traffic crashes
- Separating dangers
- Blindspots
- Hydroplaning
