Nothing is to be placed on the ground at City-maintained cemeteries from March 1 through November 1 with the exception of these special days: Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, and the birthday of the deceased. Consult with cemetery staff regarding any grave improvements.

Maintain 109 acres of cemetery grounds, coordinate opening and closing of graves, and provide for the perpetual care, upkeep and maintenance needs of the cemeteries. During mowing season, cemeteries are mowed weekly.
