Section 25-13, Chapter XXV of the City's Code of Ordinances: 3. Filing of Complaints; Complaint Provisions. (c) Any person who knowingly files with the Board a false complaint alleging a violation of any provision of this Chapter by an official or employee of the City or board member of any City agency as defined shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
