Crime Stoppers needs your help.  Approximately 2,300 people in Warren County owe back child support for their children.  The Warren County Attorney's Office advises that approximately 7 to 10 million dollars is in need of collection.  Failure to pay child support is a crime in Kentucky.  Flagrant Non-Support is a FELONY and is  an arrestable offense.   However, individuals are only indicted as a last resort.
