Contractors Licensing Board Mission Statement:The mission of the Contractors Licensing Board is to help protect the public health, safety and welfare by guarding against unreliable contractors. This is achieved by regulating construction activity according to current ordinances and laws, furnishing contracting licenses for individuals, partnerships and corporations and providing a method for administration and enforcement of these provisions. Licensing requirements and contractor education is an integral part of the process to assist in providing the needed protection.
