2007 STAR Award Recipient - Brent Belcher
City of Bowling Green System Analyst Donnita Keen is the recipient of the Linda Taylor Leigh S.T.A.R. Award for 2007. Keen was presented with the award at the February 18 Bowling Green Board of Commissioners’ meeting. She was nominated for the excellent customer service provided to employees in every department as she has managed the migration of the City’s financial and land management software to a new integrated application. Keen has worked for the City’s Information Technology Department since 2002.

Nominees received a lapel pin with the STAR award design, and an “I’m a Rising Star” card to display in their work area. Keen received an engraved trophy and her name has been added to the STAR plaque that hangs in the City Hall lobby.
