Don’t hesitate to sign-up for an awesome and invigorating workout like you’ve never experienced! This class involves no complicated moves, a motivating group setting, enthusiastic instructors and invigorating music. You will find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner, stronger body. A water bottle and towel are recommended. Participants must wipe down their own bike after their workout!
How to Register: Must be a current fitness member to register for spin classes. Members may register the day of class by phone (393-3582) or in person. You can only reserve 2 bikes at a time. All participants must turn in their membership card in the fitness office to receive a bike tag. You must have a bike tag to participate in class, no exceptions. All classes are limited to the first 11 participants with tags. Bike reservations for no shows will be forfeited after a class has started!
Size of Participant: Proper bike fit is very important for injury prevention. Generally, spinner bikes fit people who are at least 4’11”, but this is not an exact minimum height because leg and torso length are also determining factors. Participants need to be at least 14 years old, mature, and responsible enough to follow the safety rules of the instructor.
