Aerobic Classes
Various aerobic classes are offered throughout the week. All classes are limited to 30 participants on a first come, first serve basis. If you have questions call 393-3582.

Class Descriptions
- At Your Pace Shape Up*
- Come and join a low impact class for a great workout. This class does what the title says, you go at your own pace using a wide variety of techniques for a great combination of strength, endurance, and balance training. For more information please contact Frank LaManna at 393-3232. Additional fees apply.
- Drums Alive:
- A new and creative class using drum sticks and stability balls. $5 monthly fee required!
- Pilates:
- This class is strength training using the breathe to achieve core strength. Yoga mat recommended
- Lunch Time Yoga:
- If you enjoy yoga and want a quick workout, this class is for you. All the benefits of yoga on your lunch break.
- Morning Step:
- A fun challenging workout using a step platform and ending with an abdominal workout.
- Step Jive!:
- This advanced class allows males and females to accomplish overall total fitness by applying Aerobic and Non Aerobic exercises to improve strength, body toning, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.
- Hip-Hop:
- A dance class that involves hip-hop moves and provides a great aerobic workout.
- Yoga:
- This class is designed to improve flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, and psychological well-being. Yoga mat, block, and strap recommended, but not required. Bring your own yoga mat.
- Totally Abs:
- This class focuses primarily on strengthening and toning the abdominals, obliques and lower back muscles.
- Fitness Fun:
- Looking to have a little fun while working out? This class is for you. This class incorporates exercises that will focus on the legs, abs, hips, and butt. Excellent class for the beginner.
- Power Surge:
- Give your body a power surge! 20 minutes of cardio followed by dynamic toning exercises.
- Zumba:
- This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away.
- Burn & Firm:
- This fun seasonal class will include some cardiovascular and toning work. Great weekend workout!
