At Your Pace Shape Up: Come and join a low impact class for a great workout. This class does what the title says, you go at your own pace using a wide variety of techniques for a great combination of strength, endurance, and balance training.

Hatha Yoga: This method of yoga is used to strenghten the core, increase flexiblity, and improve circulation. Relaxing and fun at the same time.
Morning Step: A fun challenging aerobic workout for beginners and intermediates, combining step and toning.
Power-Surge: Come give your body a power-surge! 20 minutes of cardio followed by dynamic toning exercises.

SilverSneakers Cardio Circuit: Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing w/handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobics. A chair
SilverSneakers Yoga Stretch: This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibilty, balance, and range of movement.
Step Jive: This advanced class allows males and females to accomplish overall total fitness by applying Aerobic and Non Aerobic exercises to improve strength, body toning, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.
The SilverSneakers Fitness Program: Unique physical activity program designed to enhance independent living skills. The target market of SilverSneakers is Medicare-eligible population, primarily age 65 and older with activity levels ranging from active to semi-sedentary.

Totally Abs: This 30 minute class focuses primarily on strengthening and toning the abdominals, obliques and lower back muscles.
Yoga: This class is designed to improve flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, and psychological well-being. Yoga mat, block, and strap recommended, but not required. Bring your own yoga mat.
Yogilates: This class is a fusion of yoga and pilates. With the slow pace of yoga and the core conditioning of pilates you are sure to get a great workout
ZUMBA: This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away.
