How We Define Success
Success by definition is a favorable or desired outcome. Success for employees of the Neighborhood & Community Services Department is measured by the quality of life for those we serve. Do citizens have access to the quality of life that they desire because of the service of this Department? Do they experience adequate housing, clean neighborhoods, economic opportunities, and safe, well-built structures?
